WFH - Internship (Digital Marketing) - Unpaid - 1 Month
It's WFH internship for 1 month only, Candidate will be responsible for digital marketing, social media handling, post creation, Organic lead generation and many other.
Real estate, lending and the technology that ties them together. If you like solving real problems for real people, you'll fit in here.
It's WFH internship for 1 month only, Candidate will be responsible for digital marketing, social media handling, post creation, Organic lead generation and many other.
A six month paid design internship for students and recent graduates. You will be paired with a senior designer and given real project work with real feedback. This is not a shadowing arrangement. You will contribute to live work, and your work will be critiqued properly, which is the fastest way to improve. What you will own - Supporting product and brand design across live projects - Building screens and components in Figma to the team standard - Assisting with usability sessions and helping synthesise what came out of them - A self-directed project presented to the team at the end What we are looking for - Student or recent graduate in design, HCI, fine arts or a related field - Working Figma ability, or the evident capacity to learn it quickly - A portfolio or coursework showing how you think, not only what you produced - Openness to feedback, which is most of what an internship is for - Curiosity about why people behave the way they do Portfolio required. Personal projects, coursework and unfinished experiments are all perfectly acceptable.
Every word in a product interface is a design decision. We are hiring someone to make those decisions deliberately instead of leaving them to whoever built the screen. You will work embedded with product teams from the start of a project, not as a proofreading pass at the end. What you will own - Interface copy across products: labels, empty states, errors and confirmations - Error and system messaging that tells a person what to do next rather than what went wrong internally - Onboarding and in-product guidance - A content style guide, and terminology that stays consistent across products What we are looking for - Two or more years in UX writing, content design or a closely related discipline - A portfolio of interface copy, not only long-form marketing or blog writing - Comfort working directly in Figma alongside designers - Ability to defend a word choice with a reason - Enough research literacy to test whether your wording actually worked Remote within India. Please include before and after examples if you have them, because they show your thinking better than anything else.
A nine month contract covering a heavy pipeline of product launch films, explainer videos and interface motion work. We need someone who can carry a piece from storyboard to final render with minimal supervision, and who understands that motion in a product interface has a different job than motion in a campaign film. What you will own - Explainer and product films from concept and storyboard through to delivery - Interface motion specifications handed to engineering in an implementable form - Social and campaign cut-downs across the required aspect ratios - Light sound design and edit work What we are looking for - Two or more years in motion design with a showreel - Strong After Effects skill, with Premiere Pro for edit work - Understanding of easing, timing and restraint, particularly for interface motion - Ability to work from an existing brand system rather than reinventing it each time - Cinema 4D, Blender or Lottie experience is a bonus A showreel is required. Please indicate clearly which parts of each piece were your own work.
Build and maintain the design system that every product team depends on. This is a specialist role for someone who finds real satisfaction in consistency, documentation and components that behave correctly in every state. Our system exists but has grown unevenly. Auditing it, rationalising it and getting genuine adoption is the core of this job. What you will own - Component library architecture in Figma, including variants, tokens and sensible naming - Design token pipeline and keeping design and code definitions in agreement - Documentation covering usage, accessibility and the cases where a component should not be used - Governance: contribution process, versioning and deprecation What we are looking for - Four or more years in product or systems design, with direct design system ownership - Deep Figma expertise, particularly variables, variants and component properties - Enough front end literacy to have a credible conversation about implementation - Strong accessibility knowledge including colour contrast and focus behaviour - Patience, because adoption is a people problem more than a design problem Remote within India. Expect a few days in Pune each quarter for planning.
Shape how Moonfire looks everywhere it appears, from the website and product marketing through to client proposals and the office wall. You will be the guardian of a brand system while also being the person who knows when to push it somewhere new. What you will own - Brand and campaign design across digital and print - Website and landing page visual design in partnership with the product designers - Presentation and proposal templates that people can use without ruining them - Illustration, iconography and the evolution of our brand guidelines What we are looking for - Two or more years in visual, brand or graphic design - Excellent typography and layout craft, which is the fastest thing we will assess - Confident use of Figma and the Adobe suite - Understanding of how brand consistency holds up across very different formats - Motion or illustration ability is a genuine differentiator A portfolio is required. Show range, and include at least one piece where the constraints were awkward.
Be the person who knows what our users actually do, as opposed to what everyone assumes they do. You will run the research programme across our product teams and make sure findings survive contact with the roadmap. This role exists because we would rather be corrected early than confidently ship the wrong thing. What you will own - Generative and evaluative research, from interviews and contextual enquiry to usability testing - Research operations including participant recruitment, incentives and a searchable repository - Turning findings into recommendations that a product team can act on this quarter - Coaching designers and product managers to run good lightweight research themselves What we are looking for - Three or more years in a dedicated UX research role - Fluency in qualitative methods and enough quantitative literacy to avoid misreading a survey - Skill at writing a non-leading question, and the discipline to sit in silence - Ability to present uncomfortable findings to stakeholders without softening them into uselessness - Enterprise or B2B research experience is a strong advantage Bring an example of research that genuinely changed a product decision.
Own a product area end to end, from understanding the user problem through to watching real people use what you shipped. You will work inside a product trio with a product manager and a tech lead as equals. We are a small design team, which means broad scope and very little distance between your work and the customer. What you will own - Discovery work including user interviews, journey mapping and problem definition - Wireframes, interactive prototypes and final interface design - Usability testing and iterating on what you learn from it - Contributing components back into the shared design system What we are looking for - Three or more years designing digital products - Strong Figma craft and prototyping ability - Evidence you have changed a design because of research, not only opinion - Comfort working with engineers on constraints and edge cases - Clear communication and calm in a critique Please include a portfolio with at least one case study that walks through the messy middle of a project rather than only the outcome.
Set the bar for design quality across our product portfolio, and raise it. This is the most senior individual contributor design role on the team and it carries genuine influence over what we ship. Much of our work is complex enterprise software, which is far more interesting than it sounds. Making a dense workflow feel effortless is harder and more satisfying than another marketing landing page. What you will own - End to end design for major product areas, from problem framing to production handoff - Interaction and visual design of complex, data-dense interfaces - Design critique, mentoring and lifting the standard of work around you - Close partnership with engineering so what ships resembles what was designed What we are looking for - Five or more years in product design with a portfolio of shipped work - Expert Figma skill, including components, variants and auto layout used properly - The ability to explain a design decision in terms of the user problem it solves - Experience designing for enterprise or B2B products - Accessibility knowledge as part of your default process A portfolio is required. We are far more interested in your reasoning and the versions you discarded than in polished final frames.
A six month paid internship for students and recent graduates who want to find out what production software is actually like. You will be given real work on a real product, with a mentor and code review from day one. We do not staff interns on invented side projects. What you build will ship, which is precisely why the review is thorough. What you will own - Small, well-scoped features and bug fixes on a live product - Automated tests for the code you write - Documentation for anything you learned the hard way - A short end of internship presentation on what you built What we are looking for - Final year student or recent graduate in computer science, IT or a related field - Working knowledge of at least one language such as Java, Python or JavaScript - Basic understanding of databases and version control - Genuine curiosity and the willingness to ask a question before losing two days - A project, coursework repository or portfolio we can look at Strong performers are regularly offered full time roles at the end of the internship.
A twelve month contract to take several models from promising notebook results to something running reliably in production, with monitoring and a retraining path. We are being deliberate about this hire. The problems are document extraction, demand forecasting and anomaly detection on operational data, all with real business consequences attached. What you will own - Productionising models as versioned, monitored services - Feature pipelines and the training data that feeds them - Evaluation methodology, including what the model is allowed to be wrong about - Working with domain experts to define what good actually means What we are looking for - Four or more years applying machine learning to real problems, not only research - Strong Python, with PyTorch or TensorFlow and the usual scientific stack - MLOps experience covering deployment, drift monitoring and retraining - NLP or document understanding experience is directly relevant - The honesty to report that a model is not good enough yet Contract engagement with a strong possibility of conversion to a permanent role for the right person.
Lead two product teams, roughly twelve engineers, and be measured on whether they do their best work rather than on how many tickets closed. This is a people-first management role that still expects technical credibility. You will not be writing features every day, but you must be able to read a design document and ask the question everyone else missed. What you will own - Growth, feedback and career progression for your engineers, including the difficult conversations - Delivery predictability across two roadmaps, and honest communication when a date will slip - Hiring, onboarding and retention for your teams - Engineering practice: review standards, technical debt, incident culture What we are looking for - Eight or more years in software, with at least two managing engineers directly - A track record of people growing under you, which we will ask about in detail - Enough hands-on background to earn trust from senior engineers - Skill at managing upward and sideways, not only downward - Comfort with ambiguity in a services business where client priorities move If you view management as a craft rather than a promotion, you will fit here.
Protect client data and our own, and help engineering teams build things that are secure before they reach production rather than after an audit finding. The role is a mix of proactive hardening, assessment work and genuine incident response. You will have the standing to block a release when blocking it is the right call. What you will own - Vulnerability management across applications and cloud infrastructure - Security review of designs and code, working alongside the engineers who wrote them - Incident detection, triage and response, including the written record afterwards - Compliance evidence for frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 What we are looking for - Three or more years in a security engineering, analyst or assessment role - Working knowledge of the OWASP Top Ten and how to explain it without jargon - Hands-on experience with SIEM tooling, log analysis and vulnerability scanners - Cloud security fundamentals on AWS or Azure - Certification such as Security Plus, CEH or OSCP is welcome but experience matters more We want someone who reduces risk by making the secure path the easy path, not by writing longer policies.
Ship mobile applications that field teams rely on in places with unreliable connectivity. Offline behaviour, sync conflicts and battery cost are first-class design problems here, not afterthoughts. You will own apps end to end across Android and iOS, from architecture through to the release notes. What you will own - Feature development in Flutter for both platforms from a shared codebase - Offline-first data handling, local storage and conflict resolution - Release management, store submissions and staged rollouts - Crash triage and performance work using real production telemetry What we are looking for - Two or more years of mobile development, with meaningful Flutter and Dart experience - Apps you have actually published and supported after launch - Understanding of platform differences rather than treating them as one target - Comfort integrating REST APIs, push notifications and device permissions - Native Android or iOS experience is useful when a plugin needs fixing Tell us which app you are proudest of and what you would rebuild differently today.
Sit between our clients and our engineers, and be the person who can hold both conversations. You will design cloud architectures for enterprise migrations and modernisation programmes, then stay involved while they are actually built. This is a senior, client-facing role. Roughly half your time is design and half is explaining that design to people who will be held accountable for it. What you will own - Target architectures for migration, modernisation and greenfield cloud programmes - Cost, security and resilience modelling, with the assumptions written down - Technical pre-sales support, including solution documents and client workshops - Mentoring engineers through delivery so the design survives implementation What we are looking for - Seven or more years in infrastructure or software, with several spent architecting on AWS - Depth across networking, identity, data services and cost management - AWS Solutions Architect certification at Professional level, or the experience to earn it - The ability to say no to a client politely and with evidence - Excellent written communication, since your documents will outlive the meeting Fully remote within India, with occasional travel to Pune or a client site.
Be the reason a bad release never reaches a client. We are looking for a tester who automates aggressively but still knows that some defects only ever surface when a human uses the product properly. You will join the engineering team as a peer, not as a gate at the end of the process, and you will be involved from the point a feature is specified. What you will own - Automated regression suites for web and API layers, running in CI on every merge - Test strategy for new features, including the risky paths nobody thought to mention - Exploratory testing where automation has poor returns - Clear, reproducible defect reports that engineers do not have to interrogate What we are looking for - Two or more years in QA with genuine automation experience - Hands-on work with Selenium, Cypress or Playwright - API testing with Postman or REST Assured, and the ability to read a schema - Basic SQL for verifying what actually landed in the database - A methodical, slightly suspicious mindset Experience with performance or security testing would set your application apart.
Turn scattered operational data into something the business can actually make decisions with. You will build the pipelines, models and warehouse layers that our analytics and client reporting sit on top of. This is a build role. The foundations exist but there is a great deal still to design, and you will have a real say in how it is done. What you will own - Batch and streaming pipelines feeding a cloud data warehouse - Dimensional models and transformation logic, ideally in dbt - Data quality checks, lineage and the alerting that catches a broken feed before a client does - Working with analysts and product managers to understand what a number is supposed to mean What we are looking for - Three or more years in data engineering or a strongly data-focused backend role - Advanced SQL, including window functions and query tuning - Python for pipeline work, and orchestration experience with Airflow or similar - Exposure to Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift - Healthy scepticism about any dataset handed to you without documentation Bring curiosity about the business, not only the tooling. The hard part of this job is rarely the code.
Own the path from a merged pull request to a running service, and the pager that rings when it goes wrong. We are looking for someone who treats infrastructure as a product with users, and those users are our engineers. Today we run a mix of AWS and managed hosting. Some of it is beautifully automated. Some of it is not, and fixing that is a large part of this job. What you will own - CI and CD pipelines across multiple product teams - Infrastructure as code using Terraform, and container workloads on ECS or Kubernetes - Monitoring, alerting and the incident process, including honest postmortems - Cost visibility, because unreviewed cloud spend grows on its own What we are looking for - Four or more years in DevOps, platform or SRE work - Strong Linux fundamentals and scripting in Bash or Python - Real Terraform experience, not just having read about it - Judgement about what deserves an alert at three in the morning and what does not - Security instincts around secrets, network boundaries and least privilege If your idea of a good week is deleting a manual runbook because you automated it, we should talk.
Build interfaces that people use for eight hours a day and do not complain about. Our frontend work is dense, data-heavy and used by operations teams who notice every wasted click. You will sit close to our designers, which means you get to argue about interaction details before they are frozen rather than after. What you will own - Feature development in React with TypeScript against documented APIs - Turning Figma work into components that survive real content and real edge cases - Accessibility and keyboard support as a default, not a later ticket - Front end performance, including bundle size and render behaviour on modest hardware What we are looking for - Two or more years building production React applications - Solid grasp of state management, component composition and browser fundamentals - CSS ability that goes beyond copying a utility class until it looks right - An eye for the difference between a screen that works and a screen that feels good - Testing experience with Jest, Vitest or Playwright is a plus Send us something you have built. We would rather look at a real interface than a list of frameworks.
Write the services that everything else depends on. Our backend team builds the transaction and integration layer behind client platforms that process a serious volume of records every day. You will work in a small team where the person who designs an API is the person who supports it, so the quality of your interfaces comes back to you directly. What you will own - Spring Boot services covering business logic, integrations and scheduled processing - Schema design and query performance in MySQL or PostgreSQL - Third party integrations with payment, ERP and identity providers - Unit and integration test coverage for everything you write What we are looking for - Three or more years of Java in production, ideally with Spring Boot - Practical understanding of transactions, indexing and where an ORM stops helping - Experience debugging something slow rather than only building something new - Familiarity with message queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is welcome - Clear written communication, because design decisions outlive conversations We care more about how you reason through a problem than about the exact framework versions on your resume.
You will be one of the people who decides how our platform is built, not just someone who builds what was already decided. This is a hands-on senior role with real architectural weight behind it. Our product team ships to enterprise clients across manufacturing, logistics and financial services. The systems are not toys: multi-tenant, audited, and expected to stay up during a client month-end close. What you will own - End to end delivery of features across the React front end and the Node and PostgreSQL back end - Technical design for new modules, including the trade-offs you rejected and why - Code review standards for a team of six engineers - Production health of the services you ship, including the pager What we are looking for - Five or more years building and operating web applications in production - Real depth in JavaScript or TypeScript on both sides of the wire - Relational data modelling that survives contact with reporting requirements - Comfort working directly with clients when a requirement does not add up - Any exposure to AWS, Docker or CI pipelines is a bonus rather than a filter If you have been the person quietly holding a codebase together and want the mandate to do it properly, this is that role.
Help more people discover Moonfire. What you'll do - Plan and run paid campaigns across Google and Meta - Improve organic visibility for our property and finance pages - Produce content that actually gets read and shared - Report on what worked, with numbers What we're looking for - 1-4 years in digital marketing - Hands-on with Ads Manager and Analytics - A portfolio of campaigns or content you're proud of
