What you will own
- Prompt design, retrieval pipelines and evaluation of model output
- APIs and services that wrap model calls safely
- Cost, latency and reliability tuning
- Guardrails and testing so that outputs can be trusted in a business setting
What we are looking for
- Two or more years of software engineering, ideally Python
- Hands on work with LLM APIs and vector search
- Sensible attitude to data privacy and failure modes
- Curiosity and the discipline to measure whether something actually works
