What you will own

  • Prompt design, retrieval pipelines and evaluation of model output
  • APIs and services that wrap model calls safely
  • Cost, latency and reliability tuning
  • Guardrails and testing so that outputs can be trusted in a business setting

What we are looking for

  • Two or more years of software engineering, ideally Python
  • Hands on work with LLM APIs and vector search
  • Sensible attitude to data privacy and failure modes
  • Curiosity and the discipline to measure whether something actually works
