Build AI agents that do real work: read a request, plan the steps, call the right tools and finish the job, with a person in the loop where it matters. You will move agents from a demo to something a client can trust in production.
What you will own
- Agents built on LLM APIs, function calling and orchestration frameworks
- Retrieval, memory and tool integrations with client systems
- Evaluation sets, guardrails and cost and latency tracking
- Deployment, tracing and monitoring of agents in production
What we are looking for
- Three or more years of software development, with real LLM application experience
- Strong Python or TypeScript
- Understanding of prompt design, RAG, structured outputs and evaluation
- A sceptical mind about reliability: you test what you build
