What you will own
- Engineering strategy, architecture principles and delivery standards
- Hiring, growth and performance of engineering managers and tech leads
- Delivery health, budgets and headcount planning across projects
- Client executive relationships on technical matters
What we are looking for
- Twelve or more years in software engineering, with five or more in engineering leadership
- A track record of scaling teams and delivering complex client work
- A strong grasp of architecture, cloud and secure development practice
- Sound commercial sense and a straightforward leadership style
