Design and build automations that remove repetitive work for our clients teams: lead routing, document handling, reporting, support triage and more. You will combine workflow tools, APIs and language models into systems that keep running without supervision.
What you will own
- Workflows in n8n, Make and Zapier that connect CRMs, email, spreadsheets and databases
- Custom API integrations, webhooks and small Python or Node.js scripts
- Language model steps for classification, extraction and drafting, with checks on the output
- Error handling, logging and alerting so failures are seen and fixed fast
What we are looking for
- Two or more years building automations or integrations
- A solid grasp of REST APIs, JSON and webhooks
- Some Python or JavaScript
- Sensible habits around data privacy and access when workflows touch client data
