AI Video Generation Engineer

Moonfire is hiring an AI Video Generation Engineer for a remote paid role open to candidates in India. Build the systems that turn text, images and scripts into finished AI-generated video. You will own the generation pipeline from prompt to rendered clip, working with diffusion and transformer video models in production.

What you will do

• Design and run text-to-video and image-to-video pipelines that serve real users
• Fine-tune and evaluate video diffusion models for quality, consistency and speed
• Optimise GPU inference, batching and queueing to cut cost per generated second
• Add automated quality checks for flicker, motion and prompt fidelity

What we are looking for

• 5 to 9 years of software or ML engineering, with 2 or more on generative models
• Strong Python and PyTorch, and hands-on FFmpeg or video-processing experience
• Experience serving models on GPUs at scale
• Clear written communication in a remote team

Role details

• Level: Senior. This is a senior role with real ownership and influence on how we work.
• Location and work mode: Remote, India. Work from home. You do not need to live near an office, and we work in a way that suits distributed teams.
• Pay: ₹30–50 LPA. Every Moonfire role and internship is paid.
