You will contribute to live work, and your work will be critiqued properly, which is the fastest way to improve. What you will own - Supporting product and brand design across live projects - Building screens and components in Figma to the team standard - Assisting with usability sessions and helping synthesise what came out of them - A self-directed project presented to the team at the end What we are looking for - Student or recent graduate in design, HCI, fine arts or a related field - Working Figma ability, or the evident capacity to learn it quickly - A portfolio or coursework showing how you think, not only what you produced - Openness to feedback, which is most of what an internship is for - Curiosity about why people behave the way they do Portfolio required. Personal projects, coursework and unfinished experiments are all perfectly acceptable.
