Run the design function. You will be accountable for the work, the people and the process across product design, brand and marketing design, and be the person leadership turns to on all things design.
What you will own
- Hiring, onboarding and performance for a team of designers and creatives
- Capacity planning and prioritisation across client and internal projects
- Design operations: tooling, templates, review cadence and handover standards
- Design strategy, budgets and reporting to senior leadership
What we are looking for
- Eight or more years in design, including three or more managing a team
- A track record of building or scaling a design team
- Fluency across UX, visual and brand design, even if one is your strength
- Calm, clear communication under pressure
