Frontend Engineer (React)

Build interfaces that people use for eight hours a day and do not complain about. Our frontend work is dense, data-heavy and used by operations teams who notice every wasted click.

You will sit close to our designers, which means you get to argue about interaction details before they are frozen rather than after.

What you will own

• Feature development in React with TypeScript against documented APIs
• Turning Figma work into components that survive real content and real edge cases
• Accessibility and keyboard support as a default, not a later ticket
• Front end performance, including bundle size and render behaviour on modest hardware

What we are looking for

• Two or more years building production React applications
• Solid grasp of state management, component composition and browser fundamentals
• CSS ability that goes beyond copying a utility class until it looks right
• An eye for the difference between a screen that works and a screen that feels good
• Testing experience with Jest, Vitest or Playwright is a plus
