Own the end to end experience of complex business products, from the first user interview to the flow that ships. You will work on subscription software and online stores, where small usability problems have a measurable cost in conversion and support tickets.
What you will own
- User flows, information architecture and wireframes for SaaS dashboards and checkout journeys
- Usability tests and quick research rounds with real users
- Interaction specs and prototypes for engineers and stakeholders
- Funnel and behaviour data review to decide what to fix next
What we are looking for
- Two or more years of UX design on web products
- A portfolio that shows the problem, the process and the measured result
- Comfort running short usability studies without a research team
- Ability to explain design decisions to people who are not designers
