Moonfire is hiring a Conversational AI Designer for a hybrid paid role in Kolkata, India. Design how our AI assistants talk and behave. You will shape personas, dialogue flows and tone, and work with prompt engineers to make conversations helpful, safe and on-brand.
What you will do
- Design conversation flows, personas and tone-of-voice guidelines
- Write and test prompts and fallback responses
- Run quick user tests on assistant behaviour
- Work with engineers to turn designs into working features
What we are looking for
- 3 to 6 years in UX writing, conversation design or content design
- A portfolio of conversational work
- Understanding of how LLMs behave and fail
- Strong empathy for users
Role details
- Level: Mid. This is a mid-level role for engineers and specialists with solid experience.
- Location and work mode: Kolkata, India. A hybrid arrangement: part of the week in our Kolkata office, the rest from home.
- Pay: ₹9–16 LPA. Every Moonfire role and internship is paid.
