Product Designer

Own a product area end to end, from understanding the user problem through to watching real people use what you shipped. You will work inside a product trio with a product manager and a tech lead as equals.

We are a small design team, which means broad scope and very little distance between your work and the customer.

What you will own

• Discovery work including user interviews, journey mapping and problem definition
• Wireframes, interactive prototypes and final interface design
• Usability testing and iterating on what you learn from it
• Contributing components back into the shared design system

What we are looking for

• Three or more years designing digital products
• Strong Figma craft and prototyping ability
• Evidence you have changed a design because of research, not only opinion
• Comfort working with engineers on constraints and edge cases
• Clear communication and calm in a critique

Please include a portfolio with at least one case study that walks through the messy middle of a project rather than only the outcome.
