Make sure the products we build work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or voice control. You will set the accessibility standard for design and engineering and check that it is met.
What you will own
- Accessibility audits against WCAG 2.2 AA for web and mobile products
- Annotated design specs covering focus order, labels, contrast and keyboard behaviour
- Guidance and training for designers and developers
- Testing with NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack, and reporting what breaks
What we are looking for
- Three or more years in accessibility, UX or front end work
- Working knowledge of WCAG, ARIA and semantic HTML
- Hands on experience with at least one screen reader
- Ability to give practical fixes, not only a list of failures
