Lead a small design team across several client products. You will set the quality bar, mentor designers and stay hands on for the hardest problems, while working with delivery leads to keep design decisions moving.
What you will own
- Design direction and review for three to five concurrent product engagements
- Mentoring and career growth for designers at junior and mid level
- Design critique, standards and the shared design system
- Client and stakeholder presentations, including trade off discussions
What we are looking for
- Six or more years in UI/UX, with at least two leading people or projects
- A portfolio of shipped, complex products and the outcomes they produced
- Strong facilitation and feedback skills
- Comfort balancing craft against deadlines and budgets
