Lead the creative output of the studio across brand, campaigns, video and digital. You will set the concept, guide the designers and editors, and make sure what goes out is consistently excellent.
What you will own
- Creative concepts and direction for brand and marketing campaigns
- Leading graphic designers, video editors and illustrators
- Review of work at concept, draft and final stages
- Pitching creative ideas to clients and senior stakeholders
What we are looking for
- Eight or more years in design, with three or more in a creative lead or art director role
- A strong portfolio of campaigns and brand work
- Team leadership, coaching and feedback skills
- Sound understanding of production for print, digital and video
