Lead the digital marketing team and own the plan from awareness to qualified lead. You will set the strategy, manage the budget and hold search, social, content and paid channels to shared goals.
What you will own
- Annual and quarterly marketing plans with targets and budgets
- Leadership of a team covering SEO, paid, social, content and email
- Channel mix decisions based on cost per lead and pipeline contribution
- Reporting to leadership and working closely with sales
What we are looking for
- Six or more years in digital marketing, including two or more leading a team
- Proven results across at least three channels
- Confidence with budgets, forecasting and marketing analytics
- Strong hiring, coaching and vendor management skills
