Design Intern

A six month paid design internship for students and recent graduates. You will be paired with a senior designer and given real project work with real feedback.

This is not a shadowing arrangement. You will contribute to live work, and your work will be critiqued properly, which is the fastest way to improve.

What you will own

• Supporting product and brand design across live projects
• Building screens and components in Figma to the team standard
• Assisting with usability sessions and helping synthesise what came out of them
• A self-directed project presented to the team at the end

What we are looking for

• Student or recent graduate in design, HCI, fine arts or a related field
• Working Figma ability, or the evident capacity to learn it quickly
• A portfolio or coursework showing how you think, not only what you produced
• Openness to feedback, which is most of what an internship is for
• Curiosity about why people behave the way they do

Portfolio required. Personal projects, coursework and unfinished experiments are all perfectly acceptable.
