What you will own
- Prompts, templates and structured output formats for support, sales, HR and operations use cases
- Test sets and scorecards to compare prompts and models
- Documentation of each workflow so other teams can run and adjust it
- Workshops with client teams to find the next process worth automating
What we are looking for
- One or more years in AI, automation, content or analysis work
- Practical experience with ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini in a work setting
- Clear writing and a structured, testable way of thinking
- Basic Python or spreadsheet skills to run evaluations
