- Sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
- Removing blockers and surfacing delivery risk early
- Delivery metrics and honest reporting to stakeholders
- Coaching teams and clients on agile practice
What we are looking for
- Five or more years in software delivery, at least two as a Scrum Master
- CSM, PSM or equivalent certification
- Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
- Fluency with Jira and reporting
