What you will own

What we are looking for
- Three or more years designing digital products

- Comfort working with engineers on constraints and edge cases
- Clear communication and calm in a critique

What we are looking for
- Three or more years in a dedicated UX research role
- Fluency in qualitative methods and enough quantitative literacy to avoid misreading a survey
- Skill at writing a non-leading question, and the discipline to sit in silence
- Ability to present uncomfortable findings to stakeholders without softening them into uselessness
- Enterprise or B2B research experience is a strong advantage

Our system exists but has grown unevenly. Auditing it, rationalising it and getting genuine adoption is the core of this job.
What you will own
- Component library architecture in Figma, including variants, tokens and sensible naming
- Design token pipeline and keeping design and code definitions in agreement
- Documentation covering usage, accessibility and the cases where a component should not be used
- Governance: contribution process, versioning and deprecation
What we are looking for
- Four or more years in product or systems design, with direct design system ownership
- Deep Figma expertise, particularly variables, variants and component properties
- Enough front end literacy to have a credible conversation about implementation
- Strong accessibility knowledge including colour contrast and focus behaviour
- Patience, because adoption is a people problem more than a design problem
Remote within India. Expect a few days in Pune each quarter for planning.
