Moonfire is hiring a Director of Data and AI Platform for a hybrid paid role in Bengaluru, India. Lead the data and AI platform for the whole company. You will own the data strategy, platform roadmap and the teams that run them, and make sure data and AI are used well and safely.
What you will do
- Own the data and AI platform strategy and roadmap
- Lead data engineering, analytics and ML platform teams
- Set governance, privacy and quality standards
- Manage budget and report outcomes to executives
What we are looking for
- 14 or more years in data or engineering, with 5 or more in leadership
- A record of building large data and AI platforms
- Strong commercial and technical judgement
- Credible with executives and engineers alike
Role details
- Level: Director. This is a director-level role, leading people, budget and strategy.
- Location and work mode: Bengaluru, India. A hybrid arrangement: part of the week in our Bengaluru office, the rest from home.
- Pay: ₹85–130 LPA. Every Moonfire role and internship is paid.
