Mobile App Developer (Flutter)

Ship mobile applications that field teams rely on in places with unreliable connectivity. Offline behaviour, sync conflicts and battery cost are first-class design problems here, not afterthoughts.

You will own apps end to end across Android and iOS, from architecture through to the release notes.

What you will own

• Feature development in Flutter for both platforms from a shared codebase
• Offline-first data handling, local storage and conflict resolution
• Release management, store submissions and staged rollouts
• Crash triage and performance work using real production telemetry

What we are looking for

• Two or more years of mobile development, with meaningful Flutter and Dart experience
• Apps you have actually published and supported after launch
• Understanding of platform differences rather than treating them as one target
• Comfort integrating REST APIs, push notifications and device permissions
• Native Android or iOS experience is useful when a plugin needs fixing
