Moonfire is hiring an Engineering Manager for a hybrid paid role in Bengaluru, India. Lead a team of engineers building Moonfire products. You will hire, coach, plan the work and keep delivery healthy, while staying close enough to the code to make good calls.
What you will do
- Lead and grow a team of 6 to 10 engineers
- Plan and deliver quarterly roadmaps with product
- Hire, coach and give regular feedback
- Raise engineering standards, quality and morale
What we are looking for
- 9 to 14 years in software engineering, with 2 or more managing people
- Strong technical judgement across backend and cloud
- Clear, kind communicator
- Delivery track record
Role details
- Level: Lead. This is a lead role, combining hands-on judgement with guiding others.
- Location and work mode: Bengaluru, India. A hybrid arrangement: part of the week in our Bengaluru office, the rest from home.
- Pay: ₹55–80 LPA. Every Moonfire role and internship is paid.
