Run the large, cross team programmes that no single engineering team can deliver alone. You will bring structure to complex dependencies, keep risks visible and make sure the right thing ships on time.
What you will own
- Programme plans, milestones, dependencies and risk registers across several teams
- Technical trade off discussions with architects and engineering leads
- Status reporting and escalation to senior stakeholders and clients
- Process improvements that raise predictability without slowing teams down
What we are looking for
- Seven or more years in software delivery, with recent programme or TPM experience
- Enough technical grounding to challenge a design and follow the answer
- Experience with Jira and delivery metrics, with PMP or SAFe as a plus
- Calm, direct communication when a date is at risk
