UX Researcher

Be the person who knows what our users actually do, as opposed to what everyone assumes they do. You will run the research programme across our product teams and make sure findings survive contact with the roadmap.

This role exists because we would rather be corrected early than confidently ship the wrong thing.

What you will own

• Generative and evaluative research, from interviews and contextual enquiry to usability testing
• Research operations including participant recruitment, incentives and a searchable repository
• Turning findings into recommendations that a product team can act on this quarter
• Coaching designers and product managers to run good lightweight research themselves

What we are looking for

• Three or more years in a dedicated UX research role
• Fluency in qualitative methods and enough quantitative literacy to avoid misreading a survey
• Skill at writing a non-leading question, and the discipline to sit in silence
• Ability to present uncomfortable findings to stakeholders without softening them into uselessness
• Enterprise or B2B research experience is a strong advantage
