What you will own
- Installation, configuration and upgrades of MySQL and PostgreSQL
- Backup, restore and disaster recovery procedures, including regular restore tests
- Query tuning, indexing and capacity planning
- Access control and audit of database users
What we are looking for
- Four or more years administering relational databases in production
- Strong SQL and comfort with execution plans
- Experience with replication and high availability setups
- Calm judgement during an incident
