What you will do

• Handle first line support requests by email and ticket
• Reproduce issues and document clear steps for engineers
• Update the knowledge base with what you learn
• Grow towards L2 support or a technical role

What we are looking for

• Any graduate degree, preferably in IT or computer science
• Good English communication, written and spoken
• Basic understanding of computers, networks and the internet
• Patience and a genuine wish to help
• Willingness to work in shifts
